Job Title: Senior Financial Accountant

Role Overview:
Blake Smith Staffing, LLC is on the lookout for a proficient and seasoned financial accountant to become a vital part of their team. The selected candidate will manage a range of accounting tasks to facilitate the efficient financial operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and reconcile bank deposits, general ledger entries, and financial statements.
  • Maintain monthly balance sheet schedules.
  • Assist in developing cash flow models and financial reports.
  • Generate commission statements utilizing QuickBooks.
  • Complete daily journal entries and analyze expense accounts.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions and reconcile online sales platforms.
  • Assist in tax preparation and review employee expenditures.
  • Provide comprehensive accounting support, including data entry and document preparation.

Experience & Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of accounting experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of GAAP.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
