Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate of Provider Engagement, you will work closely with healthcare providers, including primary care physicians and nephrologists, in areas where Strive Health operates. Your role will involve:

  • Managing relationships and performance metrics for assigned provider groups, serving as their primary contact.
  • Coordinating outreach efforts and sharing relevant performance reports with providers.
  • Conducting orientation sessions for providers to educate them on our services and address any concerns.
  • Collaborating with Strive's Network Physician for clinically-focused discussions.
  • Establishing strong, consistent relationships with provider groups through an account management approach.
  • Planning and executing effective meetings with provider groups to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant education, experience, or certification.
  • Reliable internet connectivity is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in presenting to providers and engaging in meaningful discussions.
  • Experience in analyzing data and utilizing insights to enhance performance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • A commitment to being responsive to providers as a key point of contact.
