Key Responsibilities

As a Nursing Care Coordinator, you will:

  • Oversee daily healthcare operations to ensure residents receive the care they need.
  • Uphold the dignity and respect of residents while adapting to their changing healthcare requirements.
  • Ensure consistent quality of care and service delivery across all shifts, which may involve stepping into caregiver roles as necessary.
  • Assist in supervising licensed nursing staff and caregivers, providing ongoing training and education.
  • Manage medication training, pharmacy oversight, and medication administration within the community, conducting regular audits and skills checks.
  • Participate in on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

  • A valid state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN)
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience
