We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our senior living community. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall direction and success of our community.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of department heads to ensure the efficient and effective administration of community programs and policies.
- Develop and implement marketing and public relations strategies to maintain occupancy goals.
- Ensure resident, family, and associate satisfaction by working closely with the leadership team to coordinate resident care, activities, and staff development.
- Model the core values of Commonwealth Senior Living and ensure all team members exemplify these values.
- Oversee the coordination of care and services to residents, including general oversight of nursing and care staff.
- Ensure community compliance with state and federal regulations, including Department of Social Services and Health Department requirements.
- Participate in direct marketing and recruitment efforts to attract top talent to our community.
- Act as the responsible party for licensing inspections and ensure community readiness.
- Meets all current Licensed Assisted Living requirements of one or more states.
- Two years post-secondary education required; college degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years experience in a supervisory role in senior housing.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate a warm, outgoing, and compassionate personality.
- Demonstrated integrity, maturity, and leadership skills.
- Possess a clear comprehension of State Department of Social Services Standards and Regulations for Licensed Assisted Living Facilities.
