Job Responsibilities
  • Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and developmentally suitable practices in the classroom.
  • Utilize the Tadpoles Parent Communication App for updates.
  • Deliver planned lessons while adhering to the daily classroom structure and schedule.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom space.
  • Assess children to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones.
  • Engage with parents to provide updates on their children's progress and activities.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a lead educator in a childcare environment.
  • Strong knowledge of child development principles.
  • Patient, compassionate, and nurturing demeanor.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management abilities.
  • Child Development Associate Certificate (CDA certified) is required.
  • Availability to commit to a schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with a one-hour break.
