Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maître d' Host to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Guest Experience
    • Greet and treat all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction.
    • Exceed guests' expectations by providing exceptional service.
  • Dining Room Operations
    • Oversee the dining room operation in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Help manage the flow of traffic in and out of the restaurant.
  • Communication
    • Engage with guests as they arrive and depart the restaurant.
    • Act as an ambassador of the restaurant, showcasing your knowledge and personality.
  • Teamwork
    • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in high-volume and fine dining restaurants.
  • Previous experience in Michelin-starred or NY Times (2 or more stars) restaurants is preferred but not required.
