Enterprise Customer Success Manager for Project Management

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our team, focusing on Project Management. This role will work closely with our Consulting and Product teams to drive the growth of our PM offering, while also identifying upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Consulting and Product teams to mature the PM offering and drive growth
  • Spearhead internal cross-functional improvement projects related to the PM vertical
  • Research and build resources on trends and key needs within the PM space
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their success
  • Serve as the main point of contact and liaison between clients and the team
  • Empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with our solution
  • Take ownership of new accounts and manage their onboarding
  • Leverage behavioral data to segment the book of business and develop communication strategies
  • Lead online webinars, consultations, and one-on-one demos to educate customers on our product features
  • Stay in touch with clients to ensure they're realizing the full potential of our solution
  • Build, own, and execute client success and engagement plans
  • Navigate client organizations to uncover additional product applications and opportunities for partnership
  • Represent the voice of the customer and influence product development roadmap
Requirements
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS customer success, account management, or consulting experience working with accounts of various sizes
  • Relevant Project Management experience in the B2B SaaS space
  • Preferred Certifications: CAPM, PPM, PMP, CPM, PFMP, PMI
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
  • Ability to take initiative and adapt
  • Prior experience in strategy consulting - an advantage
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
  • Specialization with Agile/SCRUM - a nice to have
  • BA or BS degree

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $100,000 - $130,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company's policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations
