Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to support our team at Staff Financial Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of HR-related tasks, including the generation of offer letters, terminations, and new hire packets with insurance and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate offer letters and terminations for employees
  • Prepare new hire packets, including insurance and benefits information
  • Manage and maintain HR-related documentation and records
  • Support HR initiatives and programs, such as employee engagement and recognition programs
  • Assist with employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR investigations
  • Partner with other HR team members and business leaders to provide advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in HR or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • UKG Software expertise is a must
