  • Communicate start dates and times with installers and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Visit job sites to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Accurately order and follow up on product deliveries to ensure timely receipt of materials.
  • Oversee product management and job costing to ensure accurate tracking of expenses and revenue.
  • Attend networking meetings and events to promote our business and build relationships with potential customers.
  • Strive for 5/5 star survey ratings to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in production within the flooring industry is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Tech-savvy; familiarity with Salesforce and Salesvoice is a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously.
  • Must own a truck or van; mileage reimbursement provided.
Compensation:

Salary range $50,000-$60,000 plus bonus opportunities.
