Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Metrology Technician I to join our team at WuXi AppTec. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our measurement systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine calibrations of instrumentation and equipment to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) guidelines.
  • Work with team members to competently perform routine calibrations and ensure accurate results.
  • Introduction to performing routine calibrations and utilizing the BMRAM system.
  • Communicate with supervisor and other colleagues as required.
  • Perform job-specific tasks in compliance with applicable Regulations, International Standards, and WuXi AppTec Policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
Requirements
  • Associate degree with a major in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience working with a team.
  • Knowledge of various equipment and instrumentation a plus.
  • Prioritizing skills and candor a must.
  • Proficient in Oral & Written communication skills.
  • Need to be able to read, write and understand English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook).
