Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sterile Processing Technician I to join our team at Temple Health. As a key member of our central sterile department, you will be responsible for cleaning, inspecting, and assembling equipment and supplies under the direction of the central sterile manager. Your attention to detail and commitment to aseptic technique will ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Clean, inspect, and assemble equipment and supplies
  • Provide units/departments with clean, sterile supplies
  • Employ aseptic technique in preparing and handling sterile supplies
  • Maintain instrument trays and linen packs
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
  • 3 Years experience in decontamination and sterilization of supplies, surgical instruments, and equipment (Required)
  • CBSPD - Cert Bd Sterile Procesing Dist (Preferred) or CRCST - Cert Reg Central Service Tech (Preferred)
