Key Responsibilities

  • Product Knowledge and Communication

Develop a deep understanding of our clients' products to effectively explain services and benefits to customers, addressing their questions and needs with confidence.

Customer Interaction and Record-Keeping

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, processed orders, and service schedules to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.

Initiative and Problem-Solving

Take ownership of challenges, demonstrating a proactive and adaptable mindset to meet and exceed sales goals, even in high-pressure situations.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

Lead a team of Junior Customer Service Representatives, fostering a positive and professional work environment that promotes trust, hospitality, and exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience

A minimum of a high school diploma and at least one year of experience in customer service or a related field, such as retail or hospitality.

Product Knowledge and Skills

Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product knowledge to customers, with a commitment to ongoing learning and training to master the craft of hospitality.

Problem-Solving and Communication

Effective problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

Personal Qualities

An outgoing personality, a passion for increasing in-person hospitality skills to build better relationships, and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
