  • Maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises, prioritizing guest safety and security.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests, anticipating and addressing their service needs, and thanking them with genuine appreciation.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language, answering telephones with appropriate etiquette.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, upholding the highest standards of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  • Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats, including small print.
  • Move at a speed required to respond to work situations, including running, walking, and jogging.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, or for an entire work shift, maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance, and objects weighing in excess of 75 pounds with assistance.
  • Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces, as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps, maintaining a high level of agility and flexibility.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, ensuring a high level of physical stamina.

  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience necessary.
