- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the local real estate market
- Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by car
- Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrate a proven track record of successful real estate sales
- Hold a high school diploma, with a bachelor's degree preferred
- Have at least one year of experience as a buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience
- Hold a real estate license
- Be able to learn and adapt to new situations
