Job Summary

CSN Collision is seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Body Painter to join our team. As an Auto Body Painter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality paint jobs on various types of vehicles to restore their appearance and protect them from further damage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, and mask surfaces to ensure a smooth paint application.
  • Paint Application: Mix and apply paint to vehicles using a spray gun or other painting tools.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished paint jobs for imperfections and make necessary touch-ups.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with the team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality work.
  • Adherence to Protocols: Follow company procedures and safety protocols at all times.
  • Work Environment: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the paint booth and work area.
  • Additional Duties: Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Proven experience as an Auto Body Painter or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of automotive paint products, applications, and techniques.
  • Skills: Proficiency in preparing surfaces and mixing paint to achieve desired colors and finishes.
  • Deliverables: Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality paint jobs and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and ability to identify and fix paint imperfections.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Work Style: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical Demands: Physical stamina to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license.
