Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Quality Control standards are met
  • Achieve and surpass DRP targets
  • Oversee estimators, customer service representatives, and technicians
  • Manage Accounts Receivable efficiently
  • Monitor Open Repair Orders
  • Maintain an appropriate level of work in progress
  • Set and achieve monthly sales objectives
  • Communicate repair process updates to customers
  • Review completed work with clients
  • Address and resolve customer complaints
  • Lead team management including recruitment, hiring, and termination processes
  • Collaborate with sales, parts, and service departments
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment
  • Minimize waste and track rework
  • Maintain essential KPIs for Labor, Parts, Sublet, and Material
  • Expected to generate monthly sales between $170,000 and $200,000

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years in a management role, though we are willing to train the right candidate with solid estimating skills
  • Possession of a PA Motor Vehicle Damage Appraisers License
  • Familiarity with CCC One is preferred
