Dallas Texas, United States Opus Talent Solutions Full time
Our Mission

At Opus Talent Solutions, we are dedicated to bridging the skills gap and enhancing diversity within the technology sector. We believe that coding is not just a technical skill but a creative and collaborative endeavor.

Our goal is to raise awareness about the exciting opportunities within the tech industry. If you are passionate about technology and enjoy engaging with people, this could be an ideal career path for you.

Having successfully launched in various regions, we are now expanding our presence and seeking talented trainers to join our mission.

Are you contemplating a career transition into technology? Are you enthusiastic about contributing to a start-up environment and shaping the future of a rapidly growing global organization? Opus Talent Solutions offers the support and resources necessary for a fulfilling career in training the next generation of tech professionals while nurturing your own technical interests.

Even if you have never considered a role in training, many of our most effective mentors were skilled technical professionals who transitioned into this rewarding space with our guidance.

With exceptional benefits and opportunities for career advancement, Opus Talent Solutions could be the next significant step in your professional journey while empowering others to achieve their goals.

What We Do

Opus Talent Solutions conducts comprehensive training programs designed for individuals eager to embark on a new career in technology. Our approach begins with innovative outreach campaigns to identify untapped talent. This is followed by a thorough selection process that focuses on potential rather than prior experience.

We provide intensive, full-time training that equips participants with practical, job-ready skills that meet the demands of the industry.

Moreover, we employ our trainees and facilitate their placement with clients for long-term engagements, ensuring their success through ongoing support.

The Company

Opus Talent Solutions is a global leader in tech training.

We focus on identifying individuals with the talent and ambition to succeed outside the conventional educational pathways in computer science, providing them with rigorous training and support as they begin their careers in technology.

After achieving significant success in various markets, we are now poised for growth and expansion.

The Role

As a mentor, you will play a crucial role in guiding our trainees (or Opus Talent Solutions mentees) and shaping the future of tech education. You will serve as a technical, social, and career mentor, enhancing the skills and aspirations of those who participate in our programs.

Your responsibilities will include leading coding sessions, imparting core development practices, and innovating teaching methodologies and curricula.

Additionally, you will assist trainees in executing real-world client projects and contribute to the development of internal products that enhance our training outcomes.

We seek instructors who are genuinely passionate about the tech industry and eager to inspire others.

Requirements

We are looking for enthusiastic technical professionals who are committed to promoting diversity and creating opportunities for others.

You do not need to be an expert in every area; coaching does not require extensive experience or in-depth knowledge of every programming language or framework.

We value individuals with a solid foundation in technology, an understanding of how it addresses business challenges, and a strong desire to share their expertise with others.

If you are someone who enjoys continuous learning, this role will be a perfect fit for you.
