About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Training Leader to join our team at Opus Talent Solutions. As a Technical Training Leader, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality technical training programs to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop comprehensive technical training curricula that meet the needs of our clients
  • Deliver training sessions to groups of technical professionals, using a variety of instructional methods and technologies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their training needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that training content is accurate and up-to-date
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training solutions
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in technical training and development
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering high-quality technical training programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with adult learning theory and instructional design principles
  • Knowledge of technical training delivery methods and technologies
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
