Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance/Vendor Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and overseeing vendor management programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stay informed of compliance and/or regulatory changes affecting the Credit Union through periodicals, reference materials, and internet sources.
  • Share information with staff and assist with oversight of Credit Union policies, procedures, and programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Assist with the Credit Union's BSA Program, as directed by the Compliance/Fraud/Vendor Management Manager.
  • Prepare and submit Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) and Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) according to regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with FinCEN 314(a) reports and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) software alert assignments.
  • Research/investigate AML cases and provide recommended action to BSA Officer and/or Compliance Committee.
  • Collaborate with team members during case meetings and projects.
  • Assist with new employee training program and Compliance Helpdesk.
  • Provide feedback regarding workload trends and any recurring challenges/concerns.
  • Assist with Vendor Management program and legal document reviews.

  • Competitive pay range: $19.00 - $21.00, depending on work experience.
