Job Title: Program Development Compliance Specialist

Overview:

Sole Hire LLC is seeking a Program Development Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a leading confidential higher education company, we empower students across various trades with over 600 online courses. Our mission is to guide individuals aspiring to acquire a Contractors license with trade endorsements in fields such as Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing.

We are looking for a skilled professional to develop educational programs that align with state standards. This remote position prefers candidates in Tennessee but is open to applicants from the entire East Coast. The role offers a competitive annual salary of $40,000-$45,000 and includes a comprehensive benefits package: vacation, personal, and sick leave, a day off for your birthday, medical, dental, vision coverage, and a 401K plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design continuing education and exam preparation courses ensuring alignment with state requirements.
  • Edit and enhance online learning materials to maintain compliance with all relevant testing topics and standards.
  • Create engaging learning activities, assignments, and assessments.
  • Design interactive computer-based e-learning materials.
  • Develop comprehensive course guides and outlines.
  • Utilize tools like Microsoft applications, Articulate Storyline, Woo Commerce, Gr Blade, Learndash, XAPI, and WordPress to organize and maintain server storage systems for course files.
  • Collaborate with State Boards to stay informed about current learning and testing requirements.
  • Analyze, update, and refine existing online content using Microsoft applications and Articulate Storyline.
  • Work alongside customer service to resolve user-reported issues using tools such as Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, and Skype.
  • Ensure timely student course completion submissions to various state boards.
  • Collaborate daily with the Education Team to discuss agendas, address issues, and manage state updates and renewals.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in course development and online learning technologies.
  • Familiarity with state educational requirements and compliance standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in using Microsoft applications and e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline.
