Job Title: Government Site Specialist

Join The GEO Group, Inc. as a Government Site Specialist and play a critical role in the Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing case management services to ISAP participants, ensuring their successful integration into the program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement case management plans for ISAP participants, ensuring compliance with program requirements and contractual obligations.
  • Conduct regular meetings with participants to discuss their progress, provide guidance, and address any concerns or issues.
  • Monitor participant compliance with program requirements, including electronic monitoring and home visits.
  • Collaborate with participants to identify and access community resources, such as transportation, medical, educational, and financial assistance.
  • Supervise participants in Company offices, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Conduct home visits to verify participant residences and ensure compliance with program requirements.
  • Prepare and submit reports to DHS as required, including participant progress updates and program violations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as sociology, psychology, social work, or criminal justice.
  • At least two years of customer service or case management experience, preferably in fields related to law, social work, detention, corrections, or working with multicultural clients.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
  • United States citizenship required.
  • Ability to receive client approval to work on contract.
  • Must live in the US for at least three of the last five years.
