Managed Service Provider Account Executive

Job Description:
As a Senior Account Manager at ONE 2 ONE Inc., you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our clients' IT operations. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service, building lasting partnerships, and driving growth through strategic account planning.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Client relationships: serve as the main point of contact for top clients, ensuring their needs are met, questions answered, and goals achieved.
- Strategic account planning: develop strategies for retention, renewal, and account growth, identifying ways to bring even more value to each client relationship.
- Collaboration: work closely with technical teams to ensure clients receive top-notch service and timely support.
- Performance monitoring: track client satisfaction, monitor KPIs, and prepare insights to keep each account thriving.

Requirements:
- Experience in Account Management or Client Success, preferably in the MSP or IT services field (3+ years).
- Excellent communication, proactive problem-solving, and a true client-first attitude.
- Familiarity with MSP services like cloud, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
Salary Range:
$65,000 - $80,000 per year, plus commission opportunities, making this a highly competitive offer for the right candidate.
