Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our deli team as a PT Overnight Deli Business Operations Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for receiving, processing, and preparing products, maintaining proper shelf and cooler conditions, and adhering to all federal, state, and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, process, and prepare products for sale
- Maintain proper shelf and cooler conditions, including stocking, cleaning, and rotating products
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations, as they apply to the deli area
- Maintain safe and clean sales floor conditions
- Direct and supervise the functions and activities of the deli department in the absence of the deli manager
- Work independently with minimal direction/supervision
- Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Demonstrate the company's values of CARE, INTEGRITY, TEAMWORK, COURAGE, and HUMOR
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations
- Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position
- Must meet the company performance standards for the job
- Shift Hours: Minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending upon business needs
- Job Cycles: Continual Max
- Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
- Stand 55%, Sit 0%, Walk 45%
- Category IV: Lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
- Max Pull static: 20 lbs.
