- Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness and performance of field personnel and their crews.
- Reporting: Complete daily reports and timesheets to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Meetings and Collaboration: Attend meetings with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, to discuss project progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Safety and Quality: Promote and enforce safety practices and procedures to ensure a safe working environment and high-quality project outcomes.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a minimum of 2 years as a lead construction manager or supervisor.
- Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with OSHA regulations, ability to read and evaluate blueprints and contract documents, and experience with construction-related software.
- Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
