We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team of carpenters and subcontractors.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure high-quality construction work by maintaining a clean and organized jobsite, communicating effectively with the project manager and subcontractors, and enforcing safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, receive materials, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Assist project managers in creating schedules and tracking progress, and notify them of any delays or potential delays.
  • Review and approve carpenter timecards, and have the authority to remove anyone from the jobsite for any reason.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as a carpenter or associate's degree in carpentry/construction.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a superintendent.
  • Additional leadership experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Highly organized and excellent communication skills required.
