  • Operations & Presentation
    • Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
    • Perform and coordinate store opening and closing procedures.
    • Ensure the sales floor meets Company Standards with regards to merchandising and visual presentation.
  • Communication
    • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm in communication with clients, peers, and management.
    • Participate in weekly Manager's conference call.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of retail sales experience required.
  • Proven track record of sales generation and customer service.
  • Interest in fashion and trend awareness required.
  • Strong computer skills-proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
