Job Description

As a Behavioral Therapist Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases. Your key responsibilities will include designing ABA curriculum plans, analyzing data, and writing reports summarizing progress and best strategies. You will also work closely with parents and case managers to maintain a high level of care.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a BCBA certification from the BACB and experience working with children with autism. Your excellent communication and leadership skills will enable you to effectively supervise and support your team members.
