About the Role

Opal Autism Centers is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing life-changing ABA therapy services to children with autism.

Responsibilities

Your day will begin with engaging interactions and play, incorporating targeted goals from treatment plans. You will implement strategies to enhance desirable skills and reduce challenging behaviors, fostering meaningful connections with our clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • An active RBT certification or 40 hour RBT training certificate of completion
  • A High School Diploma or GED required
  • A Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred (but not required)
  • Relevant experience working with children and children with special needs preferred
  • An active driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • The ability to pass a criminal background screening
  • The ability to work FULL-TIME: Monday-Friday between the hours of 8 am & 6pm
