Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Lighthouse Autism Center. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing collaborative, compassionate care to individuals with autism and their families.

We believe in utilizing naturalistic teaching strategies, assent & trauma-informed care, and frequent meetings amongst professionals to create comprehensive treatment packages.

Your Role:

As a BCBA at LAC, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each learner. You will also be responsible for providing supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree encompassing behavior analytic content
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • State licensure or eligibility to obtain state licensure
  • Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

Salary: Up to $90,000 + monthly bonus opportunities
