We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Autism Specialist - Bilingual Therapist to join our team.
Job Overview:
As an Autism Specialist - Bilingual Therapist at Cross River Therapy, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA services to children with autism and their families.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with parents, case managers, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases
- Design ABA curriculum plans and behavior intervention plans
- Analyze ABA data and write reports summarizing progress and best strategies
- Coordinate and confer with parents and case managers to maintain a high level of care
Requirements:
- BCBA certification from the BACB
- Experience working with children with autism
- Bilingual Spanish language proficiency
