Job Title: Senior Account Executive

Walmart Commerce Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative retail SaaS solutions to retailers, helping them improve their margins and accelerate their growth.

About the Role

You will be working closely with our product, operations, engineering, and 3rd party providers to help demonstrate the specific value of our solutions to our clients. Your primary goal will be to find and engage the right retailers that could leverage our portfolio of products, build strong customer relationships, and be a trusted advisor to prospective customers.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions to retailers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive-level customers.
  • Communicate clearly and frequently with key stakeholders to update the teams and highlight risks that could impact a deal and successful delivery.
  • Qualify and pursue new business opportunities, and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to close.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of consistently hitting quota over $1M ARR per year.
  • Experience working with retail customers and a deep understanding of the retail industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Experience using CRM software on a daily basis.
