Position Summary: Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an extraordinary guest experience by combining excellent food, beverages, and entertainment in a lively environment.
  • Keep your supervisor informed of any issues or significant matters, taking immediate corrective action when necessary.
  • Create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for both guests and team members.
  • Follow sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Manage your cash register accurately, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.
  • Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines to prevent overconsumption.
  • Monitor guest behavior and escalate concerns to management when needed.
  • Greet guests promptly and take their orders with a friendly demeanor.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of menu items to answer guest inquiries effectively.
  • Input orders into the system efficiently and in the correct order.
  • Ensure food is presented attractively and delivered to the appropriate server's section.
  • Work efficiently while adhering to the 'Full hands in, Full hands out' principle.
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown, as well as clearing and resetting tables.
  • Support fellow team members as required by the business flow.
  • Account for all sales on your assigned register and complete necessary side work.
  • Engage in promotional activities and contests to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
  • Follow portion control guidelines to maintain cost efficiency while maximizing guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking in after food delivery and addressing any needs promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness in your work area and set up or take down tables as needed.
  • Foster positive relationships with all team members to promote a collaborative work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with guests to generate excitement about the Dave & Buster's experience.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in operating the point-of-sale system and handling cash transactions.
  • Possess the ability to read and communicate in English effectively.
  • Listen attentively to guest orders and relay information accurately to team members.
  • Adhere to the dress code, maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Walk or stand for the entirety of the shift.
