Service Appointment Coordinator - Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer interactions through various communication channels including email, phone, and text.
  • Conduct outbound service follow-ups and appointment reminder calls.
  • Receive and handle all incoming calls using a standardized script to schedule service appointments.
  • Maintain and update customer contact information in the dealership's system.
  • Coordinate service appointments across multiple dealerships.
Service Appointment Coordinator - Required Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in call centers, customer service, sales, or marketing is preferred.
  • Possess a friendly, professional demeanor with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Demonstrate strong computer and internet skills.
  • Meet performance targets consistently.
  • Be prepared for outbound calling.
  • Exhibit effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Show proven problem-solving skills.
  • Display a willingness to learn and a strong drive for success.
  • Commitment to reliability and work ethic is essential.
