Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the daily functions of the accounts receivable department, including billing, collections, and customer account oversight.
2. Conduct 3-way match processes to verify the accuracy of invoices and purchase orders.
3. Generate and present regular updates on accounts receivable performance to management.
4. Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and standards.
5. Reconcile accounts receivable records to confirm that all payments are accurately recorded.
6. Develop and implement secure and efficient procedures for managing all aspects of accounts receivable.
7. Collaborate with other departments to address any discrepancies or issues related to billing and payments.
8. Mentor and train accounts receivable personnel to enhance their skills and efficiency.
9. Work closely with sales and customer service teams to promote customer satisfaction and timely payments.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
2. At least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
3. Demonstrated expertise in 3-Way Match, Reconciliation, Invoicing, and General Ledger processes.
4. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
10. Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and standards.
11. CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
