Associate Director, Financial Reporting Specialist

SS&C is a global leader in investment and financial services, with a presence in over 90 offices across 35 countries. As an Associate Director, Financial Reporting Specialist, you will play a key role in providing financial reporting and analysis to support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with offshore resources to prepare financial reports, including schedules and footnotes
  • Prepare and review Notes to Financial Statements, including Financial Highlights
  • Analyze and project FTE efforts for new, organic, or existing business
  • Participate in new client sales presentations and identify areas for revenue growth
  • Assist the Accounting team with audit questions and work with auditors and clients to address changes to financial statements
  • Maintain a controlled, SOC-1 operating environment and manage client expectations

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
  • 7+ years' experience in financial services operations, with 4+ years in staff management
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word)
