Job Overview

Position: Leasing Agent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all facets of apartment leasing, which includes welcoming potential residents, following up with inquiries, conducting property tours, processing applications, drafting lease agreements, and finalizing sales.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the community, its amenities, rental rates, and promotional offers, as well as those of competing properties.
  • Engage in off-site marketing initiatives and assist in the development of marketing strategies.
  • Evaluate all prospective residents based on established qualification criteria.
  • Achieve a satisfactory leasing closing ratio.
  • Maintain daily activity reports by documenting visitor traffic.
  • Support resident engagement programs and retention efforts.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in community events for residents.
  • Handle Recertifications as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Assistant Manager or Community Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in leasing, customer service, or sales is preferred.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and capability to work independently on tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, One-Site Property Management Software, and internet applications.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
