Front Desk Coordinator

Job Summary
Weaver is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to provide administrative support to internal staff and external clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet vendors, clients, and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and database maintenance
- Coordinate shipping and courier services
- Communicate with building management as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of front desk or receptionist experience
- Punctuality and dependability are required
- Strong customer service skills are essential
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Professional appearance and manner
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
