Weaver is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to provide administrative support to our internal staff and external clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for efficiently answering and distributing incoming calls, greeting vendors, clients, and other visitors, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal staff and external clients
- Answer and distribute incoming calls, and greet visitors
- Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, database maintenance, and coordinating shipping and courier services
- Communicate effectively with building management and other stakeholders
- Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of front desk or receptionist experience
- Punctuality and dependability are required
- Strong customer service skills are essential
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task and take direction
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
