Evening Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Maintenance team, responsible for the upkeep of guest accommodations, building infrastructure, and outdoor areas as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Physical ability to push, pull, bend, and lift weights up to 50 lbs. occasionally and up to 100 lbs. frequently.
  • Willingness to work evening shifts.
  • Availability during nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Prior experience in building maintenance and familiarity with HVAC systems and plumbing is advantageous.
  • Ability to maintain a calm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Keep the maintenance workshop and storage areas organized.
  • Address maintenance requests with a positive attitude, showing flexibility as business needs change.
  • Familiarize yourself with the hotel's safety protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely repairs.
  • Assist with snow removal, basic landscaping, or support other departments as needed.
  • Inspect, repair, and replace damaged or worn items, including HVAC units, drywall, lighting fixtures, or plumbing components.
