Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage production teams as a Production Shift Supervisor for the night shift. This role is crucial for ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining high standards in our production processes.

Shift Details: Night Shift Timing: 5:30 pm - 6:00 am, following a 2-2-3 schedule. This position offers a competitive PM Differential Pay along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Compensation: $22 - $25 hourly, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee production machinery and processes to ensure compliance with operational, safety, quality, and sanitation standards.
  • Motivate and guide team members to meet production goals while adhering to American Berry Company's quality standards.
  • Educate and collaborate with staff to enforce company policies, safety protocols, and production expectations.
  • Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety regulations.
  • Prepare daily shift reports and submit maintenance requests as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of 5S, lean manufacturing, and visual factory principles is essential.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in food manufacturing is required.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new concepts is vital.
  • Collaborative approach to work with various departments to achieve shared goals.
  • Successful completion of a background check is necessary.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, critical thinking, exceptional organizational abilities, and effective problem-solving skills are key for success in this role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, proven leadership experience, mechanical aptitude, and strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
