We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Lifeguard to join our team at Three Bears Resort. As a Waterpark Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests while they enjoy our waterpark facilities.

• Safety and Emergency Response: Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations, providing assistance and care to guests in need.
• Waterpark Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the waterpark, including thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all areas.
• Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to maintain a safe and secure environment, and to provide support and assistance as needed.

• Certifications: Must hold current certifications in Lifeguarding and CPR/AED, and be able to successfully complete certification programs as instructed by the property.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods of time, perform repetitive motions, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Schedule: Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
