We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Maintenance team, responsible for the upkeep of guest accommodations, building amenities, and outdoor areas as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus.
  • Capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
  • Able to lift, push, pull, and bend with weights up to 50 lbs. occasionally and up to 100 lbs. frequently.
  • Willingness to work during the second shift.
  • Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Prior experience in building maintenance and familiarity with HVAC systems and plumbing is advantageous.
  • Ability to uphold a calm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Keep the maintenance workshop and storage areas organized.
  • Address maintenance requests with a positive outlook, demonstrating flexibility as business needs may change.
  • Familiarize yourself with the hotel's safety protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely repairs.
  • Assist with snow removal, basic landscaping, or other departmental tasks as needed.
  • Inspect, repair, and replace damaged or worn items such as HVAC units, drywall, light fixtures, or plumbing components.
