The Heico Companies is seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join our team. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a critical role in the preparation and posting of monthly journal entries, as well as performing relevant account reconciliations. You will also assist in the accumulation and preparation of the monthly financial reporting package, process accounts payable transactions, and receive, reconcile, and verify expense reports and pcard transactions. Additionally, you will perform special projects and complete all other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 1-2 years of relevant experience supporting similar responsibilities. Strong analytical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and customer service skills are essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required. D365 experience is a plus.
