Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hostess/Host at CapLeo Global. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and providing exceptional service to our patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Service Operations: Responsible for the daily food service operations on the patient care areas, ensuring that all meals are prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Customer Service: Provides exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Menu Management: Manages the menu process, ensuring that all patients receive their ordered meals and that any dietary modifications are made as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Maintains accurate inventory levels of food and supplies, ordering and stocking as needed to ensure that all areas are well-stocked.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintains a clean and safe environment, adhering to all sanitation and safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a healthy environment for patients and staff.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school graduation or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Six months of food service experience preferred.
  • Certifications: ServSafe certificate preferred.

Working Conditions:

This position requires frequent contact with nursing, patients, visitors, dietitians, diet technicians, unit clerks, and other departmental personnel. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
