ChristianaCare is seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join its Inpatient OBGYN Physician Assistants Group. As a key member of the OB/GYN Services team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Admit patients on behalf of the supervising physician
* Complete history and physicals
* Develop treatment plans
* Make rounds at the direction of the supervising physician
* Record progress notes
* Order, assess, and interpret diagnostic tests and therapeutic modalities
* Initiate referrals to appropriate physicians or other healthcare professionals
* Instruct, educate, and counsel patients and families concerning health status, test results, disease process, and discharge planning
* Discharge planning
* Obtain consents for procedures for which privileges are held

**Special Requirements:**

* Licensure or license eligible for Delaware
* NCCPA Certification
* BLS, ACLS, NRP, OBIS training for EFM, US in OB/GYN
