Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at ChristianaCare. As a member of our collaborative team, you will provide exceptional care to neonates and their families in our state-of-the-art Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

Responsibilities
  • Direct the medical management of infants in various settings, including the delivery room, intensive care unit, and transport team.
  • Collaborate with neonatologists, nurses, residents, fellows, and ancillary team members to provide comprehensive care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Licensure or license eligible for Delaware Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse as set forth by the Delaware Board of Nursing.
  • Licensure or license eligible for Maryland Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse as set forth by the Maryland Board of Nursing.
  • License or license eligible as a Physician Assistant in the state of Delaware.
  • License or license eligible as a Physician Assistant in the state of Maryland.
  • Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited physician assistant program and have NCCPA Certification.
  • BLS required.
  • NRP certification required.
