About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team at Rochester Regional Health. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing direct and indirect patient care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and competent care for patients with relationship to nutritional, skin integrity, elimination & hygiene needs
  • Take patient vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respirations, blood pressure, and pain level
  • Assist with admission, discharge, and transfer of patients
  • Participate as a member of the care delivery team to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Completion of one of the following: Nursing Fundamentals, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, or one (1) year experience as a medical assistant/technician in a health-related facility
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Compassionate, warm, and patient-focused
