Job Summary

PNC is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Spanish Speaking to provide exceptional customer service and accurately perform high-volume customer banking transactions. The ideal candidate will educate customers on new technology and develop banking product referral opportunities through strong customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty.
  • Process a variety of customer interactions, including banking transactions and product referrals.
  • Educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions.
  • Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer as appropriate.
  • Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.

Requirements

  • Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
  • Preferred skills include accountability, banking, client loyalty, customer experience, customer service, identifying opportunities, leveraging technology, and proactive sales.
  • Competencies include accuracy and attention to detail, addressing customer needs, banking products, digital awareness, effective communications, fraud detection and prevention, managing multiple priorities, matrix management, problem solving, and understanding customer needs.
