Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in formulating comprehensive testing strategies and detailed test scenarios derived from design specifications and functional criteria.
  • Perform hands-on evaluations of both analog and digital function modules utilizing standard and customized testing setups.
  • Comprehend and implement testing methodologies for analog circuits, including ADCs, DACs, and Bandgaps across various chips and PVT conditions.
  • Employ specialized testing apparatus and software to execute both manual and automated assessments.
  • Create and sustain test scripts using Python and C to streamline testing operations.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues within test scripts to guarantee precise and effective testing.
  • Identify, document, and monitor defects uncovered during evaluations using a defect tracking system.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to replicate issues, conduct root cause analysis, and validate solutions.
  • Engage closely with design engineers, firmware developers, and other stakeholders to comprehend requirements and provide testing insights.
  • Operate and maintain a variety of testing instruments such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and signal generators.
  • Deliver thorough and precise test execution reports, encompassing test outcomes, defect logs, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Fundamental understanding of analog circuit design and testing, including ADCs, DACs, and OpAmps.
  • Proficient in programming with Python, C, and C# for test automation and data evaluation.
  • Strong technical skills with experience in using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and signal generators.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to evolving priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of RRAM and memory technologies.
  • Experience with automated hardware testing tools and scripting languages.
  • Understanding of semiconductor testing standards and protocols.
