  • Conduct evaluations and testing of designs through validation processes, field trials, and troubleshooting, often under stringent deadlines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify their most pressing challenges and devise innovative solutions.
  • Participate in design reviews, system integration, and documentation efforts.
Minimum Qualifications:

You qualify for this position if you possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in computer or electrical engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware design, guiding projects from initial concept through to full system integration, debugging, and testing.
  • Expertise in high-speed digital, analog, and RF printed circuit board design and integration.
  • The ability to obtain an Interim Secret level security clearance by your start date, with the potential to achieve a Final Secret level clearance. Eligibility requires U.S. citizenship.
Preferred Qualifications:

Exceptional candidates will have:
  • A strong understanding of low-level RF system design and the application of custom circuitry to enhance system performance.
  • Experience in performing RF testing at both the printed circuit board and integrated system levels.
